Return & Refund Policy

At Mandysi, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent, and worry-free.
These policies explain how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.

Standard Returns

Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
Shipping costs:

  • Customers pay for return shipping on change-of-mind returns
  • Mandysi covers return shipping if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
    Restocking fee: None

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier when sending items back.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
If reported within 30 days:

  • You may request a refund or replacement
  • Mandysi will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs
  • Original packaging is not required for defective or incorrect items

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@mandysi.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack and ship the item securely using the provided label (if eligible) or your preferred carrier.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@mandysi.com.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then follow our return process.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
  • For all other cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Exceptions

  • Certain personal-use or hygiene items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
  • If your package is missing or delayed, contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
